Forum issue - button bar under threads hidden

Hi.

 

I didn't find any propriate places for discuss the forum itself, I hope it's ok.

 

The tool bar that appear under every post, containing buttons like Back to top, Report, Edit, MultiQuote, , , etc disappear whenever the mouse pointer is further down on the page.

Very annoying with buttons that might or might not be there.

The admin of this site and the only one with the power to do anything is long gone..
