Auto Hotkey That spams A and D

Hello,

I was wondering if someoney can make a autohotkey that spams A and D, Make sure A is first Then D is last the delay of A first then D last should be 5-10 miliseconds if possible, and i want ti to be toggleable when you press letter X. Thankyou.
