All,

I have developed several AHK programs that are deployed on a number of PCs running Windows 7 (32 bit).

My “development” computer has been replaced by a new PC that has Windows 7 (64 bit).

If I compile an AHK script on the 64-bit PC, the program (exe file) will not run on the 32-bit PCs.

What is the best way to deal with this?

Thanks,

Costas

Run "Convert .ahk to .exe" from the AutoHotkey Start menu folder. Then select a 32 bit "Base File (.bin)".

(And don't use MPRESS unless you are comfortable with the risks; false positives with antiviruses)

kon,

Thanks for the help, I really appreciate it.

The "Convert .ahk to .exe" works nicely when I compile on a 64 bit machine and deploy the exe file on 32 bit machines.
