I recommend something new...

http://www.mustangpe...raexplorer.html

but I prefer WE over all the others, maybe for it's simplicity and well organized layout.

There are some nice free clones available, such as FreeCommander and Pablo Commander (weeeell, the last is actually a 'Norton Commander' clone).

BTW, love your new avatar! 8)

You can easily create 1|2|3 clicker script so you never see the splash screeen and TC behaves like registred. Its absolutely legal.

There is no substitution for TC, on Linux or Windows world.

Darn right, and we don't want one! The shell's good enough for us. 8)

Jonny, tell me something: how your 8) answer is related to the question ?

2 shader
You can listen to the jonny and try DIR command, or others with low-fi browsers, but TC is the one and only... only on windows though.

Hi all
With all the Commanders around it's like world war III.
So I will put mine in the field, it's free quick, and I like it.
Free Commander at http://www.freecommander.com/

Of course nothing beats Directory Opus for a complete manager.

regards
bahri

Correct. It's getting even worse - I prefered 'WinCommander' over 'Total Commander' (it's the same app).
As it's named today it sounds like 'Total War' (Totaler Krieg --> Sportpalast Speech) which should have been taken into account the time it had to be renamed. FYI. TC is created by a German Developer.

"Wollt ihr den totalen Commander, wenn nötig totaler als ..." :x

Christian Ghisler (TC author) is from Sweeden.

Of course, TC bits DO any time any place. But, DO is really nice if you don't like TC.

Before you continue spamming with other fm's, take a look here to see zillion of useful plugins tc users created for free (eatch between 20-100K)
