I am trying to minimize Windows media player in windows 7.
I have tried the following with no success.
winminimize "ahk_class WMP Skin Host"
winminimize ahk_class WMP Skin Host
winminimize "Windows Media Player"

any Ideas on how to make this work?

thanks Dave..

Is the title of the Window really Windows Media Player or something else?
You could try just to put a part of the title in the winminimize:
Settitlematchmode, 2
Winminimize,Media

WinMinimize ahk_class MozillaUIWindowClass
winminimize Engine
winminimize ahk_class VMPlayerFrame
winminimize ahk_class IrfanView
winminimize ahk_class wxWindowClassNR

every thing else works fine I used to use this in vista

I figured it out with winlister when you open a movie it opens four windows with the same class name and you must minimize all of them.
