Ah. I wonder if there's a way to create a "skeleton" DLL which interfaces with AHK.

In any case, I propose

AutoHotkey cannot be used as a shell extension or be injected into another process, as it can't be compiled to a dll.

I have written a dynamic shell extension for explorer that is used in 7plus.

In that case, I propose,

AutoHotkey cannot be binary compiled -- compilation simply wraps the script and interpreter together.

It should be noted that AHK Basic's compilation was never secure, and AHK_L's compilation can also be broken.

fragman, I'll have to check out the source :)

Feel free to do so, it's hosted on the SVN of the Google Code page.

Does anyone have a real-world example?

Of spaghetti code? Of course. Odd Behavior with GoTo...

Anyone suggesting a good icon for the site?

No one interested in making a favicon + logo?

This has now been discussed 3 or more times: it's a github issue, they said they'll fix, you can download the site with code here

We know. Github is working on it. It's been discussed on each page of this thread more or less.

Edit the original post with list of known bugs to prevent this.

Done. You're right, I should have done this much earlier.

Glad to hear that :). I bet it'll look awesome.

Looks really good. Simple but effective ;-)

However, 2 problems:[*:q9zys4yv]it seems we need another size of it for the favicon, or at least it is too wide. I messed a bit with the png, but couldn't make it better.
[*:q9zys4yv]I must admit I have no idea what to do with "the blend" :oops:Regards

Yeah, I'll look into that soon. In the meantime, the aspect ratio can be set in the Blend and rerendered.

It's a Blender file - an open source 3D content creation application. You can download Blender from the included link if you want to take a look at the sources. Beware, though, they are really messy from the inset text :).

Edit: here it is. I turned off antialiasing as it became too blurry with it enabled.

Hmm... you should work with the smaller one at the pixel level; try to make the 'a' an 'a' and remove the failed 'volume 1' text.

of course, that's IMHO, and I'm not the blender person
