i want to be able to bind my midi keyboard to computer keys so i can play games that use piano type movements

Once you know how the keys are coded, it's easy enough to remap each one.  The problem is that there's no way to know what they come in as.

 

I suggest starting off with Pulover's Macro creator.  Run it & hit some keys on your midi keyboard.  If it acknowledges them, then you just have to keep track of which keys you hit and how you'd like to map them to your desktop keyboard.
