Force embedded IE (shell.explorer) to use the latest installed render engine, based on this guide.

I've modified the function to only take two parameters, Version and ExeName. The return value is now what the registry key used to be before changing it. A return value of "" implies that they key did not previously exist, and passing that into Version will cause the key to be deleted.
