AutoHotkey.net was created in 2005 as a place for members to share their work with other people on the forums.

 

Since then there have been many new file sharing and code hosting sites which provide better features and often more storage space. For this reason AutoHotkey.net has been discontinued.

 

You can still recover your files to move them elsewhere. The FTP space will remain accessible until 1 July 2015. After this date files will be archived for a few months then deleted.

 

 

Code Hosting

 

GitHub is the premiere option for hosting your open source projects. For smaller individual scripts Gist is a convenient pastebin.

 

 

File Sharing

 

Google Drive and Dropbox are popular cloud storage services.

By now, many users have autohotkey.net hyperlinks spread all over the internet.

Even if everything else is going to be deleted eventually, I suppose it wouldn't be that hard to keep a simple redirect for users.

 

Example: I would love to have autohotkey.net/~MasterFocus/ (and autohotkey.net/~MasterFocus/anything) redirect to a certain webpage.

 

Is that possible?

I'll most probably move the files to s3 and leave them there indefinitely. Or at least until my money runs out.

 

 

I can work in redirects if other members also voice their support for it.

+1 for redirect.

 

Can I get a password reset by chance? I remember my password before it was hacked, but I don't know what it would be now because the old password doesn't work. And, just to make sure, I am using an FTP client that I've been using this whole time.

AutohotkeyDotNet_Megapack - contains all the contents of the archives of Googlecache, gamax92, rbtryn, majkinetor, myhotkey, and nimda. It has been deduped and consolidated.

 

I would like to recommend that the 404 page of autohotkey.net be changed to mention a singular searchable compilation like this. Right now if you go to a broken link it just shows a blank page. Also, the archives elsewhere are not searchable, for example majkinetor's archive is files on a SVN server and has to be downloaded with a SVN client if you want to search for a file on it. There should be one singular searchable listing such as this.

Hmm, I read "The FTP space will remain accessible until 1 July 2015" in the top post... It seems, time runs fast here
