I found it really complicated to do submenus of submenus in the tray.  But I finally figured it out!

Our tray menu that we are making will look like this

. 1 Item
. 2 Menu
......... 1 Item
......... 2 Item
. 3 Item
. 4 Menu
......... 1 Menu
.................. 1 Item
.................. 2 Item
......... 2 Item

The trick is to code in reverse so when you try to read the code read the last line into your head first.
Do the same when you write the code, instead of writing new lines below the previous line write the code above the previous line.
Please view the link below it explains everything better

Here is the code without any comments:

#persistent

Menu, Tray, Add, 1- Item, OneItem

Menu, TwoTree, Add, 1- Item, TwoTreeOneItem
Menu, TwoTree, Add, 2- Item, TwoTreeTwoItem
Menu, Tray, Add, 2- Tree, :TwoTree

Menu, Tray, Add, 3 - Item, ThreeItem

Menu, FourTreeOneTree, Add, 1- Item, FourTreeOneTreeOneItem
Menu, FourTreeOneTree, Add, 2- Item, FourTreeOneTreeTwoItem
Menu, FourTree, Add, 1- Tree, :FourTreeOneTree
Menu, FourTree, Add, 2- Item, FourTreeTwoItem
Menu , Tray, Add, 4- Tree, :FourTree

OneItem:
return

TwoTreeOneItem:

TwoTreeTwoItem:

FourTreeOneTreeOneItem:
