MCBrowser

MCBrowser is a minimal server browsing utility for the voxel based game called Minecraft. This is the first of its kind!

It has a favorite function and a refresh.

Remember you need to indicate your Minecraft.exe with the directory function.

and (I Believe due to minecraftservers.org being flooded with requests) it may cut your signal to the site for a small time, like 5 seconds.
