你好,

或許可以試試這個方法：
點選左下角Start\Control Panel\All Control Panel Items\Ease of Access Center\Make the mouse easier to use.
勾選Prevent windows from being automatically arranged when moved to the edge of the screen 。

視窗預設是浮動的，

但移動時太靠近螢幕邊就會自動"吸附"到主程式的邊框，變成"停駐"的；
