Discourse. IMO it provides the best UI/UX of modern forum software, and is prevalent among popular technologies (
Rust, Docker, Atom, Sublime Text, & many others).
Additionally, Markdown provides a much more fluid writing experience than BBCode, and it's pretty much a standard among developers (
see: README.md @ GitHub).
