used to be 3, but later on realized there isn't much point to it, worst case; ban-hammer malicious users...

All new user posts need to approved. Once you have an approved post, you are promoted to Registered User.

I wrote a semi long post in the help forum and pretty sure i submitted it but it never showed up anywhere, is it waiting approval or did it just not get submitted?
dont wanna spam by posting again if its in some sort of approval queue
