Please refrain from misconstruing my words.

Good to hear it's fairing well, though. One less thing to worry about when I upgrade.

@tank
Why did you run the script as Ansi on 64-bit?

A_OSType WIN32_NT
A_OSVersion 10.0.10240
A_AhkVersion 1.1.22.03
only the most minor of discrepancie was 32bit vs 64bit

Thanks for the link! That's an interesting post, but it's old and doesn't really solve the problem.

I've just upgraded to Windows 10 and it seems that all my scripts are working fine, except things like moving or resizing windows.

Example: I move a window to 0/0, the spy app says it's at 0/0, but it is not at 0/0.

It's not. AutoHotkey works perfectly on my machine.

AHK is unusable? thats fairly extreme and i'd be surprised if that were the case

Is it determined yet how significant of an API change there was? Using the preview, as expected, AHK (1.1) was rather unusable. Now that it's officially released, how much change needs to be accommodated for? I won't be installing W10 just yet as I expect security issues, but in the near future I will be, if AHK 1.1 or 2 is fully supported.

As for W10 itself, I have high hopes for it, especially as they're planning to keep it around, better for development. It looks nice and clean, especially the borderless windows. I'll try and virtualize it or something a bit later to really check it out.

Source:
- Gui.ahk (DropBox)
- Gui.ahk (Gist)

Personal Opinion:
Like
- the new Checkbox Hooks
- the new DropDownList & ComboBox Hooks

Dislike
- the new Button Default Border (bold blue)
- the new blue Slider color
- miss the border-line below ColumnTitle
