"欢迎回来," actually means welcome back. You should just put " 欢迎" or "欢迎光临".

Maybe, when your subforum has settled a bit, you could promote some Chinese users to ambassadors. The ambassadors could then be the link between the chinese and english forum.

Yes welcome to the forum. I hope this new Chinese subforum will attract more scripters to the best community in the world. But please, if you write a good function or script, do post it in the english scripts and function section too.
