Re: Using Selenium with AutoHotkey- Cross browser automation!

Just curious if anyone on this thread has tried GeekDude's solution for automating Chrome w/o Selenium. I worked on some functions to use with it for setting/getting data but haven't had time to finish them up and share.

Re: UiPath - Robotics Automation / Desktop Automation

I agree however I'm wondering if the same can be argued for the code that was used for the other 3 options. This, to me, would be a good type of "hackathon". Get people from other communities to solve the same goal- then compare / contrast between them. Kind of like Rosetta Code but having...

Review of UiPath, VBA, Python/Selenium & AutoHotkey). I'm curious if they'd hidden IE how much faster it would have run.

Re: [Library] Chrome.ahk - Automate Google Chrome using native AutoHotkey. No Selenium!

 Thanks GeekDude! I'd tried that however I'd failed to close-out the background /default version of Chrome that stays running. After closing that version out, it was able to connect! I'll work on cleaning up the examples I've created and will share tomorrow/soon. Thanks again for working on t...

Re: [Library] Chrome.ahk - Automate Google Chrome using native AutoHotkey. No Selenium!

@GeekDudeBecause I already had a shortcut to launch Chrome in debug mode for Selenium (so I could connect to it as tmplinshi did here.

Perhaps I need to control for the profile?

Re: [Library] Chrome.ahk - Automate Google Chrome using native AutoHotkey. No Selenium!

I've been playing with this & it is pretty awesome! I've adapted it to use QuerySelectorAll (so items that are an array can be specified) I've also worked-through getting the OuterHTML (however there doesn't seem to be a way to get InnerText) Overall pretty cool @GeekDude! I was curious though a...

Re: [Library] Chrome.ahk - Automate Google Chrome using native AutoHotkey. No Selenium!

@GeekDude- A couple of notes 1) I just got my first one to launch! :) 2) When I downloaded the various zipped files from GitHub, the two subfolders (AutoHotkey-JSON and WebSocket.ahk) were empty. 3) After I went back to GitHub and got them, the Include from Chrome.ahk had an issue on line 172 (the #...

Re: Neural Network basics - Artificial Intelligence using AutoHotkey!

One of the reasons I was learning Python a few years ago was for doing statistical analysis. I played with NumPy and Pandas (and a few others) but, at the time, it was taking too long for me to perform my analysis compared to doing it in SPSS. Regarding that Machine Learning video- I find it amusing...

Re: Neural Network basics - Artificial Intelligence using AutoHotkey!

@Gio, I'm curious have you created ANN in other languages? And, if so, how does AutoHotkey stack up in terms of performance. I'm not expecting to use AHK on "big data" but was just curious if we should just be using it for learning or is it feasible to use it for a "real" program...
