Re: Screen clipping

@Tank- Thanks! While I used to have the mindset that I'll use other tools, the more I do with AutoHotkey, the better I can tailor what I want to do to MY needs! Thus I've given up on a ton of other tools as I've incorporated their service into AutoHotkey. :)

Here's a link to the forum post.

The Clipping itself is amazing but having it automatically write emails and attach it, push to IMUGR, and save locally are awesome too!

In our AutoHotkey webinar on 11/21 we are going to cover working with multiple files/scripts in AHK • Breaking out scripts into separate files / functions ⋅  using #include ⋅  Lib folder • Sharing data between scripts via: ⋅ Passing via command parameters ⋅ CO...

Re: UiPath - Robotics Automation / Desktop Automation

@burque505- Glad to hear it! It's one of my favorite's too! I'm amazed more people don't use some kind of tool similar to it. (especially when working from a laptop)

Re: Screen clipping

In the initial script I created I worked through and found each particular function from GDIP that was used and pulled it into my script. (so the file size was smaller and I didn't have to tell people to include the library). I think Delta Pythagorean point is that you'd have to make adjustments to ...

How ironic. A guy that edits videos for a living (and is obviously a master) can't figure out how to compartmentalize his videos to make them more "bite size". LOL

I finally reached a personal goal! I've connected to over 1,000 contacts on LinkedIn that have "AutoHotkey" in their profile! http://the-automator.com/download/1000_ahk_LinkedIn.jpg If you haven't thought about it, I recommend you add AutoHotkey to your LinkedIn profile! It helps tell othe...

Re: Using Selenium with AutoHotkey- Cross browser automation!

@tmplinshi- Great work!!! I tested this and was able to get it to connect to an open Chrome window. Having said that the second part of your code (under F12 hotkey) doesn't work for me but I swapped it with the following and it worked fine. :) Any idea on how to do this with FireFox and/or IE? F12::...

@Jdriele- thanks for mentioning the certification. I was looking at it and saw this 30-minute video on UIPath. Overall, pretty impressive. :) I signed up for the community edition and am going to try some of the training in UIPath Acadamy

I finally got a decent understanding of creating and dispatching Events on a page! Check out my tutorial here. Half way down the page I also demonstrate my syntax writer to help write the code.

Re: Screen clipping

Well, depending how savvy you are, you could "butcher" my code (which is really someone else's) and bypass having the hotkey entirely. I know I saw other scripts that already were set up for this. It is probably a smarter approach than trying to get the two to work together. Basically in y...

Re: Screen clipping

I don't use mouseclickdrag... I'd just research that command and see where people have reported a similar issue.

Did you test your mouseclickdrag w/o using my script? Are you sure you're calling it correctly? Try changing it to left click (and update my script to use left click).

Re: Screen clipping

Hi euras, Sorry, I'm not understanding what you're doing. What I recommend is you first just change the hotkey and see if it still triggers the rectangle that captures the screen. (I tried "Mbutton::SCW_ScreenClip2Win(clip:=1,email:=0)" and it worked for me. I don't understand what you're ...
