Re: TimeSinceLastCall()
I have a function that does something similar in a more robust and versatile way. It is primarily for creating Timers of various lengths and then checking for if that much time has passed yet. But once the timers gets to zero and the allotted amount of time has passed the timer returns a negative nu...

[Function] Timer Below is a function I use often in my gaming scripts to keep track of timers. Generally the cooldown on abilities which is prevalent in many games. The function is easy to use and not as complicated as the comments at the beginning might imply. ;{ Timer ; Fanatic Guru ; 2014 04 10 ...

[Function] DriveLetter
[Function] DriveLetter I needed in a script to find a drive letter based on drive label. I thought it might be useful to others so added some versatility and turned it into a function. Added commenting that should explain how to use it. ;{[Function] DriveLetter ; Fanatic Guru ; 2013 11 07 ; ; Funct...

It finds the names of all the running AHK programs through looking at Hidden Windows. This is done by a function that others might find useful. I have commentted this fun...

Re: Name is important, Community is what makes it work
I like the change to AHK. It is what I prefer to type anyways when talking about AutoHotkey. I also noticed that ahk.org was for sell but I have no idea what a site address like that goes for. They want you to make an offer but from what I have seen most all three letter addresses are quite expensiv...

Re: Maybe a hall of fame and Libaries section
I think, just a seperate Html page would do just fine. :) sorta like Faqbot's page : http://www.autohotkey.net/~faqbot/scripts.html that would be great. Well that is basically the old wiki. It just could no longer be edited and became static once the old site no longer supported the wiki functional...

Re: Directional question
As long as v2 is in alpha/beta/rc we should focus AHK_L Maybe 1 Topic only for v2 (Announcements, Bugreports, wishlist, ...) And the rest is focused on AHK_L I agree that v2 is not ready for prime time. And even when v2 is ready there will need to be a site that strongly supports AHK_L till most us...

Re: Maybe a hall of fame and Libaries section
A Hall of Fame is about getting useful scripts noticed and not buried down in the forums because they are not being actively discussed. It is hard to decide what should be in the Hall of Fame. Another approach some forums use is to rate a thread, give a thread a thumbs up, or mark it as useful. Then...
