Assuming every Description and Install Date in Work Summary Location are in the same table numbers and there is only 1 set of 3 Inspection Readings in Site Information, this should work for you Dir := A_ScriptDir ; change this to the directory name where the htm files are stored "in quotes"...

Actually they are never triggered at the exact same time but in such a short delay interval, that they seem like they are.
