Re: Get monitor that mouse is in

Ah, yes, the issue was the hotkey, if you move it down past the last Gui, Show line, it works. I've updated the code in the top post. based on your indentation of the autoexec, the placement of your Return line, which normally would end the autoexec, is incorrect. the autoexec continues until the f...

Re: Cloud based AHK script?

i sell a program/script which connects to my webserver to verify if the license is active. the script is just an executable, so its actually on the individual computers, its not cloud based. i still use AHK Basic and the HotKeyCamo compiler. its not the best but it works for now. i had an idea of ju...

Re: Getting spammed by AutoHotkey

But, each email tells my someone has quoted me. They have not. And each email contains a link supposedly pointly to the quoted post. But, the link is dead. probably because you WERE quoted, but one of the moderators already deleted the spam post, so therefore the post no longer exists and you can't...

Re: [a100] ControlGetHwnd issue

Btw does anybody seriously want to downplay the cost of removing ahk_id etc from every script ever written in AutoHotkey? Why do you continue to fight progress? :( because all he cares about is writing 2 way compatible scripts, despite the very specific quote on the AHK v2 page: "AutoHotkey v2 aims...

Re: is AHK right tool to make commercial game macro?

Apart from the moral question (which will limit the support from this forum), AHK is likely the easiest and quickest to get things going. But since AHK is an interpreted language, you may run into speed limitations and more importantly, your source can be retrieved from your compiled product. So if...

Re: Control click NEVER works...

tried it, doesn't work, it's in the URLs at the top if you look youre missing the ControlFromPoint() func AHK's ControlClick simply wraps the WM_LBUTTONDOWN messages. it works in many other apps besides just notepad. i use it successfully often. however, some games simply don't respond to those mes...

Re: Attempt at dual-role modifier keys

yeah, i'm using an AHK script to emulate StickyShift, but it has some slight bugs that pop up from time to time.

if i was in real need for these functions, i'd just by a mechanical keyboard that can be programmed with the QMK firmware

Re: Maintenance

The mess was to be expected and had to happen sooner or later. Some of our plugins were uncompatible with this new update so we delayed an update to a new version of the PHP board. We have done so until the point where the necessity for an update became apparent. So why Admins of this forum did not...

Re: [TOOL] AHK Dynamic Obfuscator L - Protect your code by Obfuscation

I don't get it, why can't i just click one button and the whole script becomes obfuscated? I mean with java i can even do it online (https://javascriptobfuscator.com/Javascript-Obfuscator.aspx) go ahead and update this script for us, so we all can click one button and have the script obfuscated. on...

Re: Operators vs Methods

I've never considered the existence of a map() function to be paramount, but rather trivial. In other words, I was surprised that a map() function was not built in. Had a map() function been built in, it would have error-ed out because: Click is not a function, so map would have returned an empty s...
