Re: v1/v2 Random for both

Well AHK uses a custom random number generator thats unrelated to any system API calls. I wouldnt look forward to rebuilding that in MCode - though I wouldn't mind too much. there may be a winapi call you can try: https://crypto.stackexchange.com/questions/39566/where-do-windows-applications-get-en...

Re: v1/v2 Random for both

Yeah I will probably have to implement a seperate way of generating random numbers. this is best you could investigate the AHK source for what Random does, and do the DllCalls directly in your script to replicate thats basically what we've done in the AHKv2-GDIP to replace the SysGet/MonitorGet stu...

There are two (suitable) functions available, integer and float . Can you link the addresses of these two functions? Re: Mcode DllCall - How to return an array? Topic is solved

i don't think you understood what i wrote i dont know how int[] arrays are stored in C. but as i remember char[] arrays are just sequences of bytes. so why not create a char[] array with your numbers, then just return the char variable, which should indicate the address in memory. then numget each o...

Re: Mcode DllCall - How to return an array? Topic is solved

an AHK array and a C array are not going to be compatible. not sure why you think they would be. maybe depending on how the C array is stored, you could use NumGet in AHK to get the memory stored at a certain byte offset

in v2, RegisterCallback was replaced with CallbackCreate. not sure if that was merged into AHK_H yet
