Re: Help with Key Spamming

Search for 'spamming' in the forum (there's ~17 pages of hits... no doubt some of them will help) and/or post your code and describe what doesn't work.

Hope this helps...

StatusBarWait for 'steady' Ready

I'm using a Mozilla-based browser and trying to detect when the current page has really finished refreshing. I'm using StatusBarWait to look for Ready and it works very well for what I want... but only ~50% of the time. When the page refreshes, most of the time the status bar displays a mixture of W...

Re: AHK not working on windows 10

If there's no event recorded in either Application or System logs (in Event Viewer ) then perhaps use Process Monitor ( https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/sysinternals/downloads/procmon ) and filter for AutoHotkey.exe (and perhaps FAIL ). Have a look at: https://channel9.msdn.com/Shows/Defrag-Tools/De...

Asked and answered many times before. Try doing a search for terms like 'encrypt source'.

Re: Running a script when Bluetooth is turned on/off

I didn't word my request correctly. Here's a picture containing the drop down box that I would like to be able to automatically change: (moderators note: image removed due to mailcous warning from av) Hi Zero3K, unfortunately Malwarebytes reports the website where you've stored your image as 'malic...

Re: Thread appears to include malicious link

Actually, the picture seems to be the problem (though not even clickable). It is hosted on u.teknik.io (mentioned in your program's warning) which might be or not be a domain where malicious software was/is hosted. The thread has only 2 embedded URLs and neither trigger Malwarebytes. I looked at the source of the page and I can't see what's triggering the warning.

Thread appears to include malicious link

Apologies if this is the wrong area. I've just read this thread: https://autohotkey.com/boards/viewtopic.php?f=5&t=42030 and MalwareBytes Premium indicates an attempt to access a malicious website (and blocks access). I get the same Malwarebytes warning if I refresh the page... so I'm confident ...

Re: Search web page for specific text

Do a Google search for joe glines webscraping . With what I picked up from his many posts and videos I was able to knock together an AHK script I now use to monitor a forum in realtime. I've documented the script fairly extensively so it should be relatively easy to follow. Obviously you'll need to ...

Re: How to launch compiled AutoHoyKey script

I believe best practice is to use WinClose . To force close/abruptly terminate, use Process, Close, TeamViewer_Desktop.exe . (See https://autohotkey.com/docs/commands/Process.htm ) There may be occasions when this doesn't work (I've had to use taskkill on occasion) so you'll need to experiment. I've...

Re: Simple: End a Process--not working?

Have you tried wrapping PowerShell's stop-process cmdlet? I was having the same problems closing an HTA window and even TASKKILL /F wouldn't do it. In the end I used the following: psScript = ( stop-process -name mshta ) RunWait PowerShell.exe -Command &{%psScript%} ,, hide Didn't even have to r...

Re: How to launch compiled AutoHoyKey script

Hang on... I'll try to snapshot the registry entry (if that's what it is) for that particular TV 12 Host notification. If successful then that will at least give you a choice whether to continue trying to manipulate v12 or to revert to v11.

Re: How to launch compiled AutoHoyKey script

Sending an Enter assumes that TV doesn't/won't send an update that changes the default button (the default behaviour of TV Host 12 is to automatically accept new updates on a weekly basis... check Options > Advanced > General advanced settings ). As a result, whilst your plan may work this week, it ...

Re: How to launch compiled AutoHoyKey script

Hmmm.... Unlike earlier versions, TV Host v12 now shows a popup running within a TeamViewer.exe process. Closing this process gets rid of the popup... but also exits the resident Host program spawned by the TV service, meaning you can't log in again until this Host program is restarted. However, I'v...

Re: How to launch compiled AutoHoyKey script

What I installed on each remote PC is the Host version of Team Viewer 12. The popup message box is a nag about the fact that I used the free version of Team Viewer. The message window's title is "Sponsored session" and that is the way I had planned to find the popup window. I don't know t...

Re: How to launch compiled AutoHoyKey script

I guess you're using TeamViewer QuickSupport or the full client as TeamViewer's 'Host Only' service doesn't have this popup when you disconnect (only if you 'exit'). Why not make the compiled script start a check for the TeamViewer session then, when the process ends, have it check for and close the...
