Notify on replies was not enabled on your account. You may think that you saved it but you did not. I have enabled it. Subscribe works for everyone else I have a hard time believing that it doesn't work for you please check and verify your email address on your account

you dont have a pointer to the second tab. you would need to use wbget(pagename) to get it
