Please refrain from posting the same post multiple times. :) The "Marked as solved" is only enabled to standard registered users in certain areas. The forum issues is restricted to staff as these are meant for, naturally... the staff. ;) It is possible that someone might have clicked it by...

In forum issues, I don’t remember but I think it’s set so only moderators can set topic as resolved. And in Ask For Help, it should be any user.

Well what I want to change about the general behaviour rule is Do not delete your posts, nor completely remove their content: doing so will interrupt the flow and ruin the integrity of the thread/forum. I think you might want to avoid a class for something like this... there isn’t much benefit, and you can lock only one workstation ...
Might be easier to debug without... something feels off about those settimers...
