Re: Script to Find Repeating Words Topic is solved

Thank you for your interest. No. I'm sorry, I realize that I wasn't very specific. When I say repeating words I mean words that are repeated next to each other. "The the" is a common problem that occurs in many of the documents that I write. Connectives like "with" are also commo...

Re: GUI: getting controls to respond to Enter (including controls within tab controls)

It took me a while to figure out what you were doing here but it appears that this is not a Tab control issue. Well, not really. There can only be one default button. When you create more that one "default" button, only the last one created is the default. You have already created one work...

PSPad v5.0

I'm a long-time PSPad user. I am slow to update programming tools, especially my text editor but I noticed that PSPad has recently (April 2018) released v5.0 which is supposed to include an x64 version. Just curious... Has anyone given v5.0 a try? Your thoughts? http://www.pspad.com/en/

Re: [Archive] Collection of lost AHK Scripts & Libraries

I have a ActiveGoto script in a "v4" folder. I cannot guarantee the veracity of the file or the version. I hope it's what you need.

Funny video. But it also reminds me of all of the nuances of the analog clock. 5, 10, 20... 3 hands. Clockwise. Etc. You don't need to know everything in order to read a clock but it's stuff that everyone should know for the 20 to 100 years. A concise 10 minute video on YouTube should do it.

Re: « What's on your mind? » Topic is solved

I think you are referring to this or a similar story. I'm sorry, but it's way too early to remove this requirement IMHO. There are still too many references to the analog clock that kids would miss if they don't know how to read it. Hey, a raging bull at your 4. Watch out! In fact, I think that this...

Re: Large Icons in Tab Control Topic is solved

That did the trick. Thanks. As you implied, redraw is not the friend of the Tab3 control. If I run WinSet Redraw,,ahk_id %hTab3%, the GUI controls within the Tab3 control are not (re)drawn correctly.

I'm trying to add large icons to a tab control. Tab2 : With an added Redraw command when a new icon is set, the Tab2 control appears to work correctly. The icons display correctly and the control correctly recognizes the icon and adjusts the size of the tab accordingly. GUI controls added after the ...
