Open help file and search

Does anyone have a hint on how to open the AHK help file and search for a string?

I have found a script that uses hhctrl.ocx
But that guesses the command a opens that specific page.
I would like to have the help file being searched for a given string.

You can obtain the call stack whenever you want by calling Exception in a loop as demonstrated elsewhere. I'm sad to say this is news to me. Would you mind pointing me to some examples? Here is the post for v2 . It also contains a link too the post for v1 https://autohotkey.com/boards/viewtopic.php...

Since your code gets pretty “large”. I recommend you start looking into Loop command and functions.
Loops will help you to reduce redundant code. And functions will help you to separate code and give the portions some meaningful name.

Regarding your first topic. Try
wUSA.Rows(nextrow “:” lastrow).EntireRow.Hidden := True

You still have to provide the : as a string. Therefore it has to be in “”. Otherwise it would be a ternary operator.

I tried that. But that didn’t work either...
The return value int of the dllcall is than 0. With the * it has been 7.
But thank you for the hint

thank you Guest. That is an alternative. I’ll see if this has any side effects.

Catch LWin+Key in Hotkey Control Topic is solved

Hi,

How can i catch LWin key as a modifier for another key with a hotkey control?
With a script from AAHKuser I am able to catch ESC, Space und LWin with the modifiers Shift, Alt and CTRL.
But I also would love to be able to use LWin as a modifier for another key and catch it with the hotkey control.

Re: Adding a "Stop" button to a function

You could as well check a global variable in the loop. The variable gets changed with the scan and stop button. This way the loop breaks at the next iteration.
