Re: Crash with ahkThread on Win10 x64 - v1.1.28

Since it can't be reproduced here, I would need to take a look on it on your machine using teamviewer or similar.
Let me know if that would be possible and we can schedule a session.

Re: bug: cmd line params

Can't reproduce that, for me it shows always the same.

Edit:
Just tested compiling exe instead of bin file and then I got it too, will take a look. Can you confirm it happens only when compiling with exe for you?

Edit2:
Fixed.

Re: Crash with ahkThread on Win10 x64 - v1.1.28

Can you try downloading the latest AHK_H, extract to a folder and create AutoHotkey.ahk in Win32w folder with the content above, then double click AutoHotkey.exe in the same folder.

I tried #include as well, does the above without #include not fail for you?

Re: Did something change with the Zip handling?

It is not the compiling part but code protection part that only executes when compiled script is includede. Some of the code seems to be not compatible with xp. I will see if I can get my xp on virtual machine running and see if I can fix that.

Re: Did something change with the Zip handling?

Can you try to compile using .exe instead of .bin and see if the same problem persist?

Re: Did something change with the Zip handling?

It must be due to the code protection and anti debugger improvements, would be good to know what exactly is causing the problem. Unfortunately I have no xp currently.

Re: Did something change with the Zip handling?

Unfortunately CRT can't be changed :( Command line arguments should work if you compile Ahk2Exe, otherwise you will need to change them, see here . Ahk2Exe.exe Ahk2Exe.ahk /in "C:\Program Files\AutoHotkey\Compiler\Ahk2Exe.ahk" /out "C:\Program Files\AutoHotkey\Compiler\Ahk2ExeH.exe&qu...

Re: Crash with ahkThread on Win10 x64 - v1.1.28

Works fine for me, make sure you have no ahkThread.ahk file in your lib folders!

Code: [Select all]GeSHi © Codebox Plus

 #Persistent
testThread := ahkThread("#Persistent`n#NoTrayIcon`nSoundBeep`nReturn")
SoundBeep
Return

Re: Did something change with the Zip handling?

You can find older versions here: https://github.com/HotKeyIt/ahkdll-v1-r ... its/master
I will try to get my XP Virtual machine set up and check what is wrong.

Compiled script does not use standard zip files, so you can't extract and open it.

Re: Compiled script instantly fails / triggers Windows Error Reporting on some machines

The best would be to be able to run debugger on one of those systems via Teamviewer or similar.

Re: Did something change with the Zip handling?

Can you show your script and upload an example including the files you try to zip.
I just tried zipping text and jpg files and it works just fine.
