Re: How to install AutoHotkey_H v2-alpha ? Topic is solved

Compiling works fine, did you copy v2 AutoHotkey_H.exe to compile folder and renamed it to Ahk2Exe.exe?
Probably this will help: https://autohotkey.com/boards/viewtopic.php?t=50347

Correct, ahk_h v2 docs are not up to date, use them for ahk_h functions only for the moment as swagfag suggested.

Re: [Lib] ObjDump / ObjLoad - Object Backup

Should be size:=ObjDump(sendObject,variable)
Data will be saved in variable!

Re: [Lib] ObjDump / ObjLoad - Object Backup

There is a bug in ObjDump(). f:=FileOpen(obj,"rw-rwd"),VarSetCapacity(v,sz:=RawObjectSize(var,mode)+8,0) Since file encoding could be UTF-8 or UTF-16, obviously the code must be: f:=FileOpen(obj,"rw-rwd"),f.Pos := 0 Thanks that has been updated to f:=FileOpen(obj,"rw-rw...

Re: Please help how to use Autohotkey Functions in VBA

You have to add a reference to autohotkey.dll in vba, are you using office? See https://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/vba/la ... -reference

Yes, you can write the variable to file after compression.

Re: [Lib] ObjDump / ObjLoad - Object Backup

Compression is only supported in AHK_H build in func: http://hotkeyit.github.io/v2/docs/commands/ObjDump.htm
For this lib func you will have to compress afterwards using for example VarZ: https://autohotkey.com/board/topic/4195 ... mpression/.

If I did not set a password, and only used compression, will the program be hacked easily? Thx.

Re: how to I can add array parameter ? Topic is solved

Forgot to mention, you can also use named parameters in v2:

Code: [Select all]GeSHi © Codebox Plus

thread:=AhkThread("
(
msgbox A_Args.name "
``n" A_Args.version
Return

)"
, "name ahk version 1")

ESC::

Re: how to I can add array parameter ? Topic is solved

You can pass the parameters as usual ..., 1 2 3 4 , just make sure it is a string! You can also pass an object reference and use the object itself: array:=[1,2,3,4] threads:=[] Loop 3 threads[A_Index]:=AhkThread(" ( var:=Object(A_Args[1]) msgbox % var[" A_Index "] Return )", (&am...

This is because your main script exits right away, you have to use #Persistent!

Re: Slower reload after upgrade

As far as I remember there was a bug reloading a thread and resources were not freed fully, after the fix it might take longer to reload.
With regards to crashes and slow mouse movements it would be good if you can post an example script.
