I've installed AutoHotkey (v1.1.24.03) and the SciTE editor (v3.0.06.01) on my Windows 10 x64 machine, running AutoHotkeyU64.exe scripts, and I am unable to get the right-key "edit" function off the systray icon to open up SciTE: it always opens Notepad instead.
