Re: SetTitleMatchMode RegEx does not work properly with ahk_exe

Run this code, save the information to Clipboard when asked and paste the information in a reply here so we can get information about your system and the version of AHK you're running: info := "AHK Version:`t" A_AhkVersion . "`nUnicode:`t`t" (A_IsUnicode ? "Yes " ((A_Pt...

Re: RegexReplace(?) Topic is solved

1.) Is there a useful Tutorial for this RegEx I don't know if it was useful but I had written a series of posts as a beginner's tutorial for RegEx at the original old forums. When those forums were upgraded the post formatting was destroyed and the posts were pretty much useless. And even though th...

Re: RegexReplace(?) Topic is solved

I can't guarantee it in all situations but it works for this one:

Code: [Select all]GeSHi © Codebox Plus

text =
(
abcd10A00b1
accc20A20b2
ZZZZ30AXXXX40ACCCC
)
MsgBox % RegExReplace(RegExReplace(text,"`am)^\D*|[^\A]*$"),"A\K.*?(?=\d{2}A)"," ")

Re: Insert Star(*) after every => space and 2 chars

ahklearner, are you aware that your example result violates your intended rule? You cannot have Au* at the beginning of the sentence if you truly only want a * after every space and two non-whitespace chars, since there is no space at the beginning of the sentence. Now, if it's the case that you wan...

Re: Stuck in a never ending loop

I think the more interesting question is: why did you use that needle, when your subsequent work within the loop indicates that there's a better pattern to look for? test= ( default 16.95.108.80/29 Yes IS 33.170.219.123 2 rip 120 6 19:59:47 cMac 1.0 default 16.95.108.80/29 Yes IS 43.130.19.12 2 rip ...

Re: edit an .csv data

wolf_II, the second field is space-delimited, so you are likely to be better off parsing the line by space (as I did above), or using StringSplit to split the field by space, rather than using regex.
