I found a thread that is close to the subject:
viewtopic.php?f=76&t=63577&hilit=unblock
I have two problems with it
1) How do I identify the correct indentifier.
2) Does this require admin rights?

unblock a file
Hi, With AHK I want to download a executable file from a dropbox to a computer. Unblock the file and run it. Is it possibel to unblock a file with AHK? Or is it possible to run the file with AHK even without unblocking it? The executable will be an updater/installer for an AHK App that i wrote. Sinc...

Re: use AHK.exe to parse scripts
Dear Lexikos, One use case was to create a new Tidy version, that formates a code nicely by indentation. but since a lot of infomation is due to continuation lines and comments removed before the parser even starts working, i do not see how this could be achieved. A second use case would be a contex...

Re: use AHK.exe to parse scripts
Dear Lexikos, thanks for getting back to this 2 year old topic. You have put a lot of thought and effort into this already. It sounds promising. At the same time i do not see how it will help in the use cases mentioned above. Mainly because a lot of information on line number, position in line, etc....

Re: Any kind of "feedback" system?
If the script itself is copying the string, then the script knows when this happens. It can then decide e.g. with the IF statement in combination with the inStr() function to continue or to terminate.

where did you come from?
Regarding my computer: he doesn’t actually have many “cool” features. I mainly program small tools to help in special cases for private use or for work.

Re: Running mousegetpos constantly in background? Topic is solved
I agree with boiler. stinkfoot9, I use to check mousegetpos as well at times. But only when I / the script needs to. It is good practice to limit the load on a computer (usage of CPU, disk and memory, band width) and collection of user content/info to a minimum. Thus your question is too general to ...

Re: How to take a picture with GDI of a control larger then GUI Topic is solved
Moin just me,
Thanks a lot. that seems to do the trick. I have not tested it yet on the very large graphic, but it worked on the example script. I only needed to add a gdi function to get the pBitmap from the hBitmap and I was able to save it as a file.

Re: How to take a picture with GDI of a control larger then GUI Topic is solved
Dear wetware05, I do not think that there is misunderstanding. You are correct, I want to save the graphic to file that I previously drew to the gui. The idea was that I do not have to draw it again but capture the graphic on the gui and store it. But taking your route of thought: I could redraw the...

Re: How to take a picture with GDI of a control larger then GUI Topic is solved
I‘m not very familiar with gdi. But I could shift/move the text control within the gui always a bit and „take“ several screenshots and internally Stitch them together bevor saving them as one drawing to file. Unfortunately I do not which gdi functions are required to do the stitching of two or more ...

Re: How to take a picture with GDI of a control larger then GUI Topic is solved
Thanks for the feedback, I have not tested it yet, but will soon. I assume your solution works, because you removed the width and height restrictions of the gui. AFAIK GUIs can not be larger then the Monitorsizess. If that is true, then that solution will not work for my usecase because the real dra...

How to take a picture with GDI of a control larger then GUI Topic is solved
Hi there, I have a large drawing that is larger then the GUI. I would like to create a picture file from that drawing. Unfortunatly I can only get the portion that is visible in the GUI to the file, the rest of the drawing is black. Is it possible to capture the whole drawing? here is a very simplif...

Re: Upcoming Ahk2Exe Changes (2022)
I guess I just answered my own question. According to the code of ahk2exe the command line parameter of mpress are -x -q , correct? Yes, that command line is correct. I tested it ;compress .exe with mpress ;@Ahk2Exe-PostExec "mpress.exe" "%A_WorkFileName%" "-x" "-q" But when I use this directive it...
