It is almost more likely that you will only find it with tracert while connecting to each. Some common node in some that doesn't occur in the others

i dont think the ping is all that bad trans-atlantic. but i really did completely disable the lookups and checked the log for your ip address

i have disabled the lookups entirely I have my own spam countermeasures and these certainly never helped

i grepped the entire forum directory for spamhaus.org. i was surprised to find references to it. it appears that it is used for dns lookups but not as part of any of the spam controls

That site or any other site is not queried on page loads from this server.. your system is doing something quite bizarre and seems to be triggering the countermeasures as a bot would.
