Re: Documentation formatting changes?

Headings need to be more prominent, preferably with the bar running the width of the page like in the old CSS.

Re: Can AHK change audio device settings...?

Try this. I'm not sure if it will work. I can't try because I'm on my mobile.

(Chaz is my name on the other forum.)

Edit: Nope, doesn't work.

Re: Zoomy V5 zooming utility - AHKSCRIPT.ORG EXCLUSIVE

Something HUGE is missing from this AWESOME utility: the zoomed image doesn't show the mouse pointer. Kudos to you if you can add this in, as well as multi-monitor support.

Re: Gui Edit Box on a tablet.

osk.exe is the accessibility keyboard, not the touch keyboard that is normally called by tapping the keyboard icon on the taskbar. Though it would certainly work as a workaround.

Re: Need help changing the f keys Topic is solved

Also, the reason your script is not working is because you need to provide the action key and not the f# key (eg Play/Pause, Volume_Up, Volume_Down, etc). If you know what I mean.

Re: Need help changing the f keys Topic is solved

Ahh, an HP Pavilion g6. I've the same one! Indeed, there is a setting in the BIOS to swap the FN-key behaviour. To access it, shut down your computer all the way (not hibernate), then start it up again. Start repeatedly hitting the F10 key to open the BIOS settings. If Windows starts booting instead...

It's pretty awesome on the Surface though (or any tablet), that's undeniable.

Re: Are you still running Windows XP?

Why would you want to use XP? It's a dozen year old operating system that has far outlived its relevancy.

Or simply

Code: Select all

Media_Play_Pause::Send, myname@domain
Put the above line in a text file and save it with the extension .ahk. Then copy tat file to your Startup folder in the Start Menu (making it automatically run when you log in) and run it. Pressing the Play/Pause key will type your email address.

Re: Is AutoHotKey what I need?

This is Chaz. Sorry I haven't been back to help you, but I haven't been on my PC for weeks so haven't had the oppurtunity to reply. My life has taken a busy turn and all I've been able to do is check this forum from time to time using my mobile, from which scripting is nigh impossible. I probably wo...

Re: Let's move to Discourse, before it's too late! :)

Should I switch to Discourse right now? Maybe. Discourse is no longer early beta software. We are approaching version 1.0. We can now generally recommend Discourse as a workable solution for most communities on the web. It is still beta software, of course, but late beta. A lot of the early kinks h...

Not to mention Vista, which is stuck at IE9. (And yes, I am one of those people who prefers IE over the likes of Firefox or Chrome.)

I guess I would say I'm a speed reader too (think a 700 page novel in one night), though maybe not quite as fast as you. However, I have to be completely focussed otherwise I get distracted and my pace drops down to almost nothing. However, a distraction-free environment can be hard to come by. Oh, ...

I totally missed that "new" label in your code. You're right, that's what your code does.

just me wrote:What about to click on the <Reply> button and just type 'Thank you!'. Would it really take to much of your time? IMO a <Solved> button marking the thread as solved/answered would be more useful.
The whole point is to minimise clutter and unnecessary comments and not spam the "Active threads" list.

I think he means that pressing the Add button should insert another field into the GUI, hence the word "dynamic". This should be possible.

Ahh... I see. I don't care about the rounded corners, I just want my shadows back. And yes, the shadow option can be toggled on, but because the shadow is only a single pixel wide and really light, it's completely invisible so might as well not be there. I'm looking for something that allows me to d...
