Never heard of these guys, but sure, I can contact them in german and see what they say.
They seem to focus on anti-spam services for companies (which seems to include scanning for viruses, though) and are not included in VirusTotal, if I see correctly.
Ah ok, if you use our URL download link for the installer (and not upload the exe instead), they currently show up as one of two (false-)positives... ok, that's something I can work with.
Edit: They report our zip-version as clean, though. 0/80 for it on VirusTotal, currently

They (and Antiy-AVL) are false-positive reporting the AutoHotkey installer link (https://www.autohotkey.com/download/ahk-install.exe) and are the only ones doing such for AutoHotkey's zip (https://www.autohotkey.com/download/1.1/AutoHotkey_1.1.32.00.zip). I've tried contacting them for clarification, but got no response. I was wondering if native German speakers (or others) might have more luck.

Next step would have been to call the mobile number - but meanwhile a new AHK version got out, and it looks like it is not creating false positives with CLEAN MX anymore.
