Is there a way to look for multiple pixel colors

Hey so can we get an easier way to allow it to search for more then one pixel at a certin time like if for example I wanted it to find a color before continuing to the next item I can make it look for 2 instead of 1 so if I'm in a game where it goes from night to day it will be able to find the 2 vareints of that color I know you can set it to look for multiple varents but if the game has multiple colors that Can change in varents the pixel search will get confused
