PLEASE add some sort of Reputation system, it would be nice to have an actual way to thank people who have helped you than just a simple "thanks"

My thoughts about ratings:
We had discussion about Thanks button and also +1 and -1 buttons here. Now I am not sure is it good to make Thank you button or not but I am not against it too. Previously I thought that +1 and -1 buttons was good idea, but now I am strongly against +1 and -1 buttons.
