Docs CSS Fix up

[Delta Pythagorean]

This isn't for the text of the page, this is for the general design.
In my opinion, the docs (As it is now) is kind of bland to be honest.
I'd like to see a more... Flushed look like these forums have. Make it more look like a modern website instead of a document file.

I can provide suggestions for this to work. I've tried to make a UserStyle for the website but I quite get it to work the way I want.
