Genie/Vortex window animation from Mac OS X

Is there a way to render a window animation for Windows 10 to mimic the Genie effect from Mac. I know it's available on WindowFX but I was just thinking maybe we can do like lines of Gui then to transform to vortex or screenshot the window and edit the image in the background and progressively show the vortex effect or lastly with winset region. Please help guys
