Controller works only with focused AHK window

I tested AHK's JoystickTest with the new XBox One S (Bluetooth) controller. The script works only if the AHK script window is focused and active. The moment I select an other window no controller input is found.

I tested the controller on some games with native controller support and they work fine.

OS: Windows 10 x64 newest version

Is a work around possible like an invisible window on top that forwards everything?
