I don't know if this is the right place to post this, it seems to have been touched upon here [Done] Change GetVersionEx to RtlGetVersion.
The problem is that the documentation does not reflect the change, it still say the Windows 10 TP is 6.4.9841. when in fact it's 10.0.14393

Re: A_OSVersion for win10
Win 10 TP means the technical preview of Win 10 that was available before official release.
10.0.14393 is Win 10 with anniversary update.
Or so I think.

It was just an example back in march 2015...
You should request a newer example here -> https://autohotkey.com/boards/viewtopic.php?f=13&t=1434

The only reason i'm mentioning it's because I had some code that relied on win10 to be 6.4.+ that I haven't used in a while, I needed to handle the new Traytip, witch you can't easily overwrite.
I thought that since it seems to have gotten an unique major version number it should be updated.
I think I will try making a pull request instead.

Re: A_OSVersion for win10
you should remove TP in your request too
