The hotkey does not exist in the current keyboard layout

I have a script with multiple "WinKey + something" hotkeys. When I start AHK, some times it shows the following error, and these hotkeys don't work after that:

Note: The hotkey #q will not be active because it does not exist in the current keyboard layout.
---------------------------
OK
---------------------------

Some times it starts just fine with no errors.

I have AHK Version 2.0-a077

Does it start fine when your layout is English, and fail when its not?
