CHM file from ZIP doesn't show any content

Version 1.1.27.07
The CHM file extracted from the zip file of 1.1.27.07, only shows an empty Gui when started.
The CHM file extracted from the installer works well.

This is not a bug in the CHM file. The CHM file in the zip is byte for byte exactly the same as the CHM file in the installer.

This is a common issue with CHM files in general, when the web browser or OS marks it as having come from the Internet. You need to "unblock" it in the file's properties.
