Unable to EXIT (using tray menu EXIT) during #WARN preprocesing

Just trying out the beauties of #WARN. nice!
However, I can not exit a script using the tray menu EXIT option while #WARN is issuing messages (via the default of MSGBOX output). I have to blow away the script with Taskmgr.
I understand WHY this probably works this way. "In a sense" the script is not running yet, but it's process is.
If this is not considered a bug, then
1. It would be nice if this behavior was documented at #WARN.
2. Would it be possible to re-order "preprocessing" (correct term?) so the SYSTRAY MENU is not shown until AFTER #WARN processing (since it's doesn't work at that point!)?
