I use Zenmate as a fast temporary proxy switcher, they have a free version of their service.

If someone needs free vpn, I recommend to use CyberGhost. Free version has few limitations which I think does not plays big role. It can be used nearly at all operating systems including mobile ones.

I use WOT (Web Of Trust), it is not as accurate as some other tools, but still useful!

I don't use CyberGhost for more than a year. Its free version is not as good as it was before. I don't recommend to use the free version of CyberGhost anymore.
Also, sorry but I don't know the answer to a question about Split Tunneling.
