Enable forum search for unregistered people

I just had a question regarding UTF-8 not being automatically detected, which was easily solved simply with a search.

I believe it's weird that you don't allow search for anonymous guests

By that we try to protect our search from users with bad intentions.

I rarely use the forum search, instead I use Google with site: autohotkey.com keywords.
