release windows utility as shareware Topic is solved

Using Autohotkey I have written a shareware utility for windows 10. My utility adds a feature to windows 10 that was included in windows 7 and windows 8 but not included in windows 10.

My utility has the look and feel of the windows 7 & 8 feature, and has a few minor improvements.

Are there any legal issues I should be concerned with?

Is this some type of copyright infringement?

Sorry for being vague on what this utility does. I think there is a possibility I can make a little bit of money from this utility and don't want anyone to take my idea.

I see many programs that copy Microsoft's graphic design. Dunno if it's legal or not. You're not plagiarizing their code/software, just the look ?? :D
