I'm working on a Material Design interface based on Google web services using a similar UI.
I'm currently referencing the Google Contacts website for the initial design.
Just wanted to share a screenshot of my work so far...
Material Design Gui

:O Looks amazing
Re: Material Design Gui
very nice. are you using windows based controls or is this html loaded with activex control?
Re: Material Design Gui
I'm using AutoHotkey built-in controls (Picture, Text, etc.) -- NO HTML.guest3456 wrote:very nice. are you using windows based controls or is this html loaded with activex control?
My first attempt used a hidden Tab2 control. I added different controls to separate tabs and switched between the different tabs to change the content in the Gui, but I had issues with overlapping controls when attempting to emulate the mouse hover effect over menu items and other controls, so I changed direction and decided to try using a layered Gui instead.
I am using several caption-less Gui windows as child windows and assigning them to a Parent Gui. The Toolbar is its own Gui, and the same for the Main Menu, Body, etc.
I use Gui, Show/Hide to open the main menu on the side.
I'm still experimenting with how to make some things work, but so far I've been successful.

Thank you! I know you could do it better with GDI+nnnik wrote:It really does look good.
Re: Material Design Gui
I decided that I was satisfied enough with my progress to go ahead and release the code.
