which would be a concern for us and we can still discuss it here, mostly us just saying "no" "nope" "not gunna happen" "sorry" "not here".

but atleast he'd be upfront about it. and there is a chance he can still link to his site and not count it as advertising (many people do, iirc there's even an account profile "website" field)

He is a spammer, he has already created several similar topics (with similar usernames and a GitHub user that does not exist), after a while he edits his signature and puts a link to another site. See moderator's logs.
