What is the best way to get Live help?

There are some cases where you can't get help or find your answer on Google.
Like when you have a code, and you don't know why it doesn't work, and you want someone to take a look at your code, or other case you need Live help.
I know AutoHotkey has a IRC and Discord channels. But what about if you need Live help in other programming languages.
And what about if you need to allow a stranger "remote control" to help you?

You should be able to find IRC channels about many other programming languages, and many other topics. Like ##electronics, #raspbian, #linux. Whatever. Sometimes IRC channels can be kind of dead though. Another option, but not as "live" is forums like this, superuser, etc. Or if you want to learn a specific subject, check out edx.org.

I don't know if I'd let just any old stranger "remote control". Maybe you could set up a virtual OS or some for sandbox, if you want someone to show you something.

Same goes for Discord channels.
Though I doubt people are willing to give live help everywhere.
You cant do remote control with Discord but you can do screen sharing which solves most problems.
